Blossom Farm Snuggle Arch

£35 from the Early Learning Centre

We think that this is pretty much the perfect gift. For boys or girls from birth to 12 months. You can put your baby down on a lovely cushioned quilt which is extremely soft and child friendly. As they grow a bit older you can just stare at them discovering all the toys that are attached to the bars and their different textures and noises. Great
for their development and keeping them amused which, we think, can only be a good thing

Buggy Activity Centre

£12.50 from the Early Learning Centre

The aim of the game is keep them occupied and amused so that you can enjoy a walk occasionally without the crying. This greatly helps with that. It is relatively a small cost and easy to fix. Make sure it will fix to your particular buggy. It says it fits on all and did on the ones we tried. Suitable for ages 3 months to 2 years.

Seaside Playmate

£20 from the Early Learning Centre

We love this (and by "we", we mean us here at YeGads), as one of our dads actually fell asleep on it. We are confident that this was as a result of its soft padded feel and nothing to do with him reviewing the Heineken beer keg for Christmas. We love it because it is easy to just chuck on the floor, it can cover that new carpet for any “mishaps” and seems to keep them amused for ages. Suitable from birth to 12 months and, quite exceptionally, a worse-for-wear dad, aged 36. Very easy to clean and you can take with you wherever you go, when you are ready to venture further afield.
