Just got back from christmas shopping in Glasgow.
What a nightmare, absolutley no sign of the credit crunch up here. The place was completley packed especially Princes Square.
I had real problems pushing the pram around and on more than one ocasion was made to feel bad about being out and about with it.
However needs must and we had to get a present for mummy.

You are a brave man Tony... Make sure you let your partner know the pain you suffered getting that present!
I'm always shocked by how rude and thoughtless people are towards people pushing a pram/pushcair. And I agree, you do end up feeling bad and apologising to everyone. Grrrrrr

I agree very brave to be out and about on your own at this time of year.
However I am amased that I have seen people out with double buggys or these huge offroad buggys that are twice the size of a normal buggys. Bad enough at any time of year let alone christmas.
As a dad of two I still find them unaceptable, and there are plenty of other options out there such as buggy boards, back packs or the double buggy that sits no 2 behind no 1 rather than beside.
Anyway end of rant, just my personal issue
