excelent post, many thanks.

We have the BT 150, and it's already come into use with her ordering drinks in the morning!

We were given a bath 2nd or 4th hand so it was no expense, but we still haven't bought the swing or gym. Probably do that a few days after she arrives.

Our friends found a bumbo excelent for their little girl. Again we're probably going to get these 2nd hand so no money wasted there!

Hi Weylund,
You're doing the right thing getting 2nd/3rd/4th hand stuff. When its your first baby you won't dream of accepting this stuff, but once they're here and costs are mounting up, any hand-me-downs are brilliant.

Yeah, we know people who like the Bumbo too, but I was just commenting on our experience.

On the BT150, as you say, very handy for getting the orders in when going downstairs is just too far to travel! When going anywahere near the monitor I have to remind myself to watch what I mumble! I haven't been caught out yet, but I'm bound to forget sooner or later!
